Your child’s teaching staff shape their schooling experience. Our teachers are passionate about education as their life’s calling, and have a genuine love for the work they do. The 90-minutes dedicated each day to professional development ensures our teachers are constantly improving their craft, and are continuously planning, assessing, and collaborating to achieve the optimal classroom experience.
- Our teachers undergo a rigorous application process, designed to ensure they are both capable teachers and passionate about education. All teachers must present a model class before they are hired, which is assessed by the principal and hiring staff.
- Our teacher’s day does not end after their classes. Teachers attend a mandatory training session for 90 minutes after class each day, where they work on collaborating with other teachers, preparing their lessons, improving their curriculum and learning new teaching methods.
- Our teachers attend regular workshops, lectures, and training sessions to ensure they are maximizing the potential of their students and the classroom experience.
