Science Class: Engineering Spaghetti Towers

We studied the 6 steps of the engineering process. After which, students teamed up to plan, design, and build their very own spaghetti towers. Students were limited to 20 pieces of spaghetti and 30 cm of tape. The goal was to build the tallest and strongest tower. We tested the towers by placing a Laffy Taffy at the top and seeing if the tower could withstand the additional weight.
